Phased, cost-effective refurbishment was the driving force behind the transformation of these vacant 1980s office buildings into profitable, long-term assets at Cedarwood, on the Chineham Park Estate.

Starting with three two-storey buildings, this radical concept retained the outer structure but removed the internal core, rationalizing and renovating the interior while maximising lettable space. Introduction of a contemporary entrance facade delivers a lasting first impression and revitalizes the existing structure. Such was the success that the neighbouring Elmwood area has followed in the same footsteps with a regeneration scheme based on this model.
