Heron Place is located on the corner of George Street and Thayer Street in Central London’s City of Westminster district and with Hyde Park and Regents Park nearby, as well as some of London’s most stylish restaurants and shops, it is a prestigious address.

The redevelopment of Heron Place, a 1960s, mixed-use building, included the successful transformation of the external appearance as well as the conversion of 8,500 sq ft of first floor office space into five luxury apartments.

Externally, the use of a high-quality composite aluminium panel delivers an improved look as well as a long-term maintenance solution. Internally, layouts were developed to accommodate the existing structural grid so that the conversion could be carried out with minimal disruption to the units above and below.
