Vantage London is a 12-storey, 100,000 sq ft commercial office building owned by Columbia Threadneedle Property Investments and located in a prominent position on the Great West Road in Brentwood.

Spratley Studios designed a two-phase refurbishment, starting with entrance and reception areas and followed by the office floor plates, café, gym, soft and hard landscaping and signage. Full-height, clear glazing to the lower floors has been introduced to enhance views through to the office plate, gym and café. New branding and personalised/bespoke signage and graphics have been added, improving the flow around the building, accessibility and overall user experience.
