The comprehensive refurbishment of 90-98 Union Street in Southwark for CBRE Global Investors is now complete and the prime office space is ready to be let.

The warehouse-style property, synonymous with the Southbank and Bermondsey areas, offers approximately 17,973 sq ft of Grade A office space arranged over lower-ground, ground and four upper storeys. Spratley Studios made significant alterations to the layout of the building.
